Payroll Management

Recieve data from companies, processing the same at our fully computerized payroll software and generating pay register, Salary Slip, PF Statements and many other broad range of required reports.

Provident Fund & ESIC

Registration of companies under Provident Fund & ESI Act. Filling necessary returns, Preparing monthly challans, submission to bank before due date. Maintaing necessary records for PF & ESIC related activites. We have adequate proficiency in maintenance & submission of Statutory Records/Returns related to PF & ESIC Act.

Central Excise

Preparation of Tax Invoices, Payment challans, Monthly & yearly Returns as per norms & requirement of clients. Clarification of doubts & quiries of clients related to Central Excise & Customs Law. Keeping update clients about new circulars, changes in the act. Preparation of reply of SCN & observations of clients. Preparation of file for assesment & refund under above acts.

GST

Registration for GST, Computation of Tax, Monthly return filing GST R3B, GST R1 and annual return GST Form 9 etc.

Minimum Wages Act

Informing the employers about the changes in the minimum wages as declared by the Govt. & guiding them for payment & filling return as per the act.

Factories Act

Reccomendation of layout plan of factory from factory Inspector for CP, Obtaining Factory Licence from the department, maintenance and submission of the statutory Records / Returns under Factories act, 1948.

HR Policy

Framing HR Policy of the company keeping view current practices/system related to personnel management, which deals with all the system of recruitment, placement, training/induction, promotion, benefits, separation & different type of rewards/perks.

Pollution Control Act

Assistance for lisasioning with pollution control committee, obtaining/renewal of Water & Air consents under Prevention & Control of Pollution Act 1874 & 1981.

Payment of Gratuity Act

Preparing the Gratuity Settlement Forms and submission of Returns to concerned authorities

Shops & Establishment Act

Preparation & Submission of application for registration and renewals under the act with concerned authority.

Contract Labour Act

Obtain Registration certificate/licence under the Acts applicable to Contract Labour. Maintain Registers & Records with regard to Contract Labour. Undertake monthly Audit exclusively in respect of contractor's establishments so as to ensure compliance by contractors.

Other Services

We also undertake assignments under other acts like Payment of Wages Act, Bonus Act, Employee's Compensation Act, Industrial Dispute Act, Compulsary Notification to Employment Exchange Act and Provision of Model Standing Order/Certified Standing Order to name a few.
